Headteacher
I am Miss Fry, the proud Headteacher of this vibrant and nurturing learning community. Originally from Liverpool, I bring with me a deep passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and inspiring environment for every child.
With over 10 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to empowering young minds and promoting a love for learning. My journey has taken me through various teaching and leadership roles in many differing cities from London to Manchester and now on the Wirral, each one enriching my understanding of the diverse needs of pupils and the importance of creating a supportive school culture.
At Brackenwood Junior School, my vision is to ensure that every child feels valued, challenged, and motivated to achieve their full potential. I believe in the power of a collaborative approach, where teachers, parents, and the wider community work together to provide the best possible educational experience. Our dedicated staff shares this vision, and together, we strive to create a school where curiosity, creativity, and kindness are at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of school, I enjoy travelling and have been fortunate to visit many countries in our big wide world, I love attending local cultural events, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I am also an avid reader and enjoy discovering new books that I can share with our pupils to ignite their passion for reading.
I am excited to lead Brackenwood Junior School and look forward to getting to know each of you. Together, we will make our school a place where every child can thrive and build a bright future.
