This week, the children have been hard at work practicing Christmas carols in preparation for their upcoming performance—what a festive treat that will be!
In Maths this week, we’ve been focusing on the 7 and 8 times tables, alongside grouping and multiplying. The children are continuing to embed their times table knowledge using TTRS, which is proving to be a successful method. In English, the children have been exploring the features of persuasive adverts as they prepare to create their very own healthy eating advert next week.
In Design and Technology, the class has been making great progress on their mechanical slingshot cars. Next week, we’ll be testing and evaluating these exciting creations!
