Impact

The Impact of the curriculum refers to whether our Curriculum Implementation has been successful in allowing pupils to learn the content outlined in our Curriculum Intent.

Teachers and leaders use regular assessments and testing to measure impact and monitor progress. This allows teachers to ensure pupils are on track to reach the expectations of our curriculum and to tailor future planning to address need. At Brackenwood Juniors, we are busy collecting evidence to highlight the positive impact our curriculum has had on pupil learning.

Over the year we will be providing examples of work, pupils’ voice quotes, parent voice questionnaires and images of learning, which will display the positive impact our curriculum has had on pupils’ knowledge and understanding.

Please regularly visit our Twitter page and our year group Twitter pages to see some of the learning pupils have completed recently.
